Pokémon launch ‘Master your Skill’ with Raheem Sterling and Tammy Abraham to encourage kids to showcase their skills online whilst at home

London, UK - November 12, 2020Building on the launch of the second season of the partnership last month, The Pokémon Company International and The Football Association (The FA) have today released an initiative called ‘Master Your Skill’ which runs from the 12th - 26th November to encourage budding footballers to develop and share their skills online whilst at home.

Master Your Skill encourages kids and parents to submit a video showcasing their skills on either Twitter or Instagram, using #MasterYourSkill, to be in with a chance of winning an exclusive Pokémon-branded Futsal ball! The launch video features England Senior Men’s players Raheem Sterling and Tammy Abraham, kids Youtuber Tekkerz Kid, and former England Men’s and Women’s players Joe Cole and Rachel Yankey, as they showcase their own skills with the exclusive Pokémon kit.

The launch video can be viewed and downloaded [here].

Brand new training drill videos are also now available on the mastertheball.com website, to help kids to ‘train like a master’ and continue to learn and evolve their Futsal skills, whatever their level.

The FA and Pokémon will continue to work closely together throughout the second season by creating exciting, standout initiatives to engage kids and coaches at participating clubs up and down the country, culminating in the 2020/21 FA Pokémon Youth Cup, targeted at participating Futsal clubs later next year.
